The Mother Wound represents the emotional, spiritual and relational pain passed down through maternal relationships. It can greatly influence our self-worth, relationships and the capacity for self-love. Not forgetting the dysfunctional coping mechanisms that are used to process this pain.
Healing this wound creates space for inner freedom, forgiveness, deeper connection to ourselves and ultimately empowerment.
