Are you ready to explore the impact of your childhood experiences on your adult life? Join us for a transformative workshop designed for counsellors, life coaches, and anyone who has faced a challenging childhood or is curious about connecting with and healing their inner child.
This event will focus on understanding childhood trauma and how it influences our behaviors, emotions, and relationships in adulthood. We will dive into **Attachment Theory** and **Transactional Analysis** to help explain the dynamics of childhood. Then, using **Gestalt Therapy** and **Schema therapy**, we will guide you through powerful exercises to help reconnect and nurture your inner child.
This 2-hour workshop will be half theory and half practical exercises, offering a deep exploration of self-awareness and healing. Whether you're a professional looking to deepen your therapeutic practice or someone on a personal journey of healing, this workshop is for you.

Meet Your Facilitators:
Dr. Dominika Kominkova is a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist, specializing in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and face mental health challenges.
With a compassionate, down-to-earth, and playful approach, Dominika’s work focuses on helping clients develop a sense of safety within themselves and supporting them in recovering from trauma to create a life worth living. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and draws on numerous other approaches, integrating these techniques to help clients move from surviving to thriving.
Ricardo Goni, Gestalt Psychotherapist (20 years of experience) and BACP-accredited Humanistic Integrative Counsellor (U.K trained). Music therapy and Bioenergetic therapy. His therapeutic approach is influenced by work with indigenous communities. As a Mexican living in different countries, he offers a welcoming space for diverse backgrounds.
