About this Event

Join me in Room 32, and we will use gentle movement, breath and sound to connect with feelings and transform sadness into love and empowerment. The techniques I share can be used anywhere when grief is activated. All my words are invitational. There is no expectation to share what brought you there. Come as you are and bring an open heart. The first fifteen minutes will be for arrival and settling in so the program can begin at 2:30. I hope to see you there.
