About this Event
Healing The Family Thread Seminar
Join Us for a gathering of personal integration, building self-esteem, healing the pain of the past, and nurturing empathy.
“The present is the only time in which we live, the only time in which we can change. We cannot change the events of the past. Therefore, we can change the past only in terms of its impact on the present.” - Virginia Satir
Our experiences shape who we are. We often carry the pain of the past with us, shouldering the weight, having an effect on our future. It is possible to lay down all we are carrying, so we can step into a life that feels lighter and more peaceful. Whether you’re exploring personal growth, interested in systemic healing, or simply curious about this powerful method, this is your invitation to begin.
What You’ll Experience:
- An introduction to the Family Reconstruction process
- Guided exercises to explore your family system
- Safe witnessing and embodied practice
- Time for reflection, journaling, and connection
Who This is For:
- Anyone drawn to healing family or ancestral dynamics
- Those curious about how group work can support transformation
- Individuals considering joining a full weekend retreat
- Therapists, healers, and coaches wanting to deepen their tools
No prior experience is needed! Just an open heart and willingness to explore.
What is Family Reconstruction? Family Reconstruction is a therapeutic group process where one participant (“the Star”) explores their family of origin through guided reenactments, supported by others in the circle. Even as a witness, you’ll find pieces of your own story come to light.
This seminar offers the foundational context, safety, and practice to begin that journey.
