Through guided hypnotherapy, somatic breathwork and a blindfolded inner journey, we’ll create space to gently explore what has been carried through generations; emotionally, energetically, and within the body and allow a natural process of release, integration, and renewal.
Expect a powerful blend of subconscious exploration, somatic release, reflective journaling, and soul-level insight; supporting you in reconnecting to your roots while creating space for a lighter, more aligned way of being.

Bernadette is a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and Energy Healing Practitioner, trained in Inner Child and Past Life Regression, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, and Spiritual Meditation. She weaves together hypnosis, somatic release, breathwork, music, and compassionate self-inquiry to guide people home to their hearts and bodies.
