Join us for a special healing focused candlelit evening at LifeCore Yoga absorbing the vibrations of sound bowls. Sound meditation is an ancient practice that uses waves of soothing sounds to create vibrations around the body. Through resonance, each bowl offers a variety of frequencies to activate the right and left brain while resetting and stabilizing the water in your body leaving you with a synchronized mind, body and spirit experience.

Donation $49. 100% of the funds raised will be donated to the Amor Family in memory of Sgt. 1st Class Nicole Amor, former U.S. Army Reservist from White Bear Lake.
