Due to popular demand with a sell out at the beginning of December we would love to hold another Christmas edition Sound Journey.
Peace, comfort and pause before the seasonal swirl and bustle.
A sound bath with heart - an invitation to discover your own sense of warmth and quiet joy.

After the sound journey, as a thank you (also Wild Indigo's first Christmas) let's enjoy some mulled wine/herbal tea and mince pies, shared in soft candlelight and good company. This is why the session is slightly longer than normal.
🌟 What This Sound Journey Offers:
• Deep relaxation and nervous system reset
• Various sounds to quiet the mind and help you find inner calm & strength to self-heal
• A guided visualisation to support release and letting go
• Gentle support in setting grounded intentions
• A calm, nurturing space to feel held, anchored, and restored
A sacred sound journey is 60-75 minutes of deep relaxation, lying down, whilst allowing the sounds, vibrations and frequencies to wash over you. Your mind, body and soul will receive what is needed in the moment.
I will use various instruments including Christmas themed sounds such as Crystal Singing Bowls, a beautiful bronze Gong, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum and many more including my voice.
19:00-20:15 Sacred Sound
20:15-20:45 Grounding, mulled wine/herbal tea, mince pies and reconnecting before home.
Come along and feel held in the heart-led space where your mind, body and soul will receive what is needed in the moment.
You will leave feeling rested and nurtured.
