Sound healing has ancient roots in cultures all over the world, including Tibet and the Himalayas, where singing bowls are used during spiritual ceremonies. Sound meditation is a focused awareness practice that utilizes sound frequency to move energy through and out of the body, where emotions, trauma, and pain are often stored.
Sound-based vibration treatment has been shown to help people with various types of pain, including arthritis, menstrual pain, postoperative pain, and knee replacement pain. It has also been found to improve mobility, reduce muscle pain and stiffness, increase blood circulation, and lower blood pressure.
During a sound bath, emotions and trauma—some of which we may not even be aware—can surface. Each person’s experience is unique and tailored to serve their highest good.
The vibrations can be felt throughout the body, making sound one of the gentlest ways to assist in healing.
Healing Sound Bath is facilitated by Alicia Love. Her journey with sound began seven years ago in Nepal with her daughters, where she instantly fell in love with this powerful healing modality and absorbed wisdom from the Elders to share with you.
Alicia uses special alchemy crystal tone bowls infused with metals and gemstones. Each bowl is unique, handmade, and carries its own powerful energy. Enjoy the sounds on offer and join Alicia in this sacred space, where you are free to be yourself, let go, and heal.
