Healing Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls & Sacred Instruments
Step into a deeply restorative experience with a guided Sound Bath led by a certified sound healer and experienced yoga teacher. This immersive journey uses the pure tones of crystal singing bowls, along with the soothing sounds of rain sticks, chimes, and other vibrational instruments to support deep relaxation, inner balance, and energetic realignment.
As you rest comfortably in a supported savasana (lying down), waves of sound will gently wash over you—calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, and promoting physical, emotional, and energetic healing. Each note is intentionally played to guide you into a meditative state, where stillness and self-awareness naturally unfold.
No prior experience with meditation or yoga is needed—simply come as you are, ready to receive and relax.
