Join me for a deeply nourishing group sound bath where I’ll be playing my crystal singing bowls intuitively, tuning into the energy of the group and allowing the tones, rhythms, and vibrations to rise in response to what’s ready to shift and move.
These sessions aren’t scripted — I listen and feel into what’s present in the room: the tension, the pain, the stuck emotions, the longing for clarity and peace. I follow the energy and let the bowls guide us gently through the release. Sometimes it’s soft and dreamy. Sometimes it’s deep and intense. Always, it’s exactly what your soul needs.

This is a space to just be — to receive, to soften, and to let go of what you’ve been carrying.
💫 No experience necessary. Cushions and yoga mats will be available, but feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, or anything else you need to get cozy and supported.
