Rebalance mind, body and spirit through the soothing, penetrating power of healing sound and vibration via singing bowls. Then drop into deepest levels of relaxation and peace through authentic, age-old yogic sleep (yoga nidra)—a reclined, meditative experience used by stress-reduction clinics, integrative health care, as well as mystics who savor resting in blissful Oneness with The Sacred.
