Healing Shame SisterCircle[Embracing Self-Love and Empowerment]

Join us for a transformative 2-hour experience designed to help you unpack shame, embrace self-love, and step into your power.

In this safe and supportive space, you will:

• Explore the roots of shame shaped by cultural and family dynamics
• Practice grounding somatic exercises to calm the nervous system
• Engage in body mapping to reconnect with your body and release emotional weight
• Cultivate self-compassion through affirmations and sisterhood
• Participate in a heart-centered Sistercircle Ceremony to close the session with community and intention

This workshop honors your lived experiences and invites you to move beyond shame into a space of love, resilience, and empowerment.

This workshop is for you if:

1. You are ready to let go of shame and reclaim your voice
2. You desire deeper self-love and connection
3. You value healing in community with other Black and Brown women
