A Weekend of Blessings, Teachings & RetreatMedicine Buddha is the embodiment of the healing power of all enlightened beings. His function is to liberate living beings from outer and inner sickness. Through relying on Medicine Buddha, we can completely free our mind from all negativity – the inner poison of the delusions that are the root of all suffering. We will then be in a position to help others through healing actions.
An empowerment is a guided tantric meditation that harnesses wisdom, imagination and the power of enlightened beings to take us to pure worlds and pure experiences. It bestows upon us special blessings that heal our mental continuum and awaken our Buddha nature.
On this special weekend course, Kelsang Yonchen will grant the blessing empowerment of Medicine Buddha and transmission of the mantra, followed by teachings in the afternoon.
In the Sunday retreat at Ganden Ling KMC, Truro, Kelsang Yonchen will lead 3 guided retreat sessions to gain some practical experience of these profound instructions.
The empowerment, teachings and retreat are open to everyone and are suitable for beginners.
