Parks & Recreation and Empath Health presents Hope for the Holidays!The holiday season can be difficult after the loss of a loved one, bringing up feelings of sadness, anxiety, or isolation. Join Empath Health for a compassionate presentation offering support, coping strategies, and meaningful ways to honor cherished memories during this time of year.
