Healing Movements: Weekly Yoga Class
➡️ Monday at 4 PM – mat and chair Yoga class
This class is designed to help you connect with your body, reduce stress, and increase flexibility and strength. All are welcome—whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you can benefit from and enjoy this class!
Julie will guide you through a series of gentle movements that promote healing and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and more centered.
📍 Held at the RCF, 1400 Turner St, Lansing
Suggested donation: $10 (or what you are able to pay)
Remember to wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one!
