- **Cancellations 14 days or more before the event date:** A full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees.
- **Cancellations between 7-13 days before the event date:** A 50% refund will be provided, minus any processing fees.
- **Cancellations less than 7 days before the event date:** No refund will be issued, but tickets may be transferred to another individual upon request.
2. **No-Shows:**
- If you do not attend the event and have not canceled in advance, no refund or credit will be issued.
3. **Transfer of Tickets:**
- Tickets are transferable to another individual. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket by notifying us via email at least 48 hours before the event, providing the new attendee’s details.
4. **Event Cancellation or Rescheduling by Organizer:**
- **Event Cancellation:** If the event is canceled by the organizer for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
- **Event Rescheduling:** If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, a full refund will be provided if requested within 7 days of the rescheduling notice.
5. **Force Majeure:**
- In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies), the event may be rescheduled or canceled. In such cases, we will provide either a full refund or an option to transfer the ticket to a future event.
6. **Refund Process:**
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
