About this Event
About This Workshop
This free Spanish-language workshop creates a safe and welcoming space to explore mental health in the context of intimate partner violence and migration journeys. Guided by Mariana from VAST, participants will reflect on how experiences of violence, displacement, and systemic barriers can impact emotional well-being.
Through open conversation and practical tools, the workshop supports healing, resilience, and connection, while addressing challenges such as cultural stigma, racism, and access to support services. Participants will also learn about culturally sensitive resources available in the community.
