Drop-in for a donation-based class on Sundays from 9-10 AM @ South Maui Gardens in Kihei.

Enjoy a sound healing with crystal singing bowls, tune-in with breathwork, practice gentle yoga, and explore qigong movements. This class is suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.

HEALING IN THE GARDENS w/Nadia Yin Yoga & Trauma-Informed Certified Yoga Instructor, Practitioner & Student of Shaolin & Medical Qigong.
