Yes. Healing in Motion is offered free of charge, so no admission discount is required. The program is designed to be accessible to students, seniors, families, community members, and individuals who may benefit from movement, stress reduction, cultural connection, and social support.

Healing in Motion: Free Congolese Dance, Music & Meditation

Join Master Teacher Funmilayo Chesney for a joyful and uplifting community wellness experience. Through traditional Congolese dance, live drumming, music, and guided meditation, participants will reduce stress, improve mobility, celebrate African culture, and connect with others in a welcoming environment.
No dance experience is necessary—everyone is welcome! Whether you're looking to move your body, nourish your spirit, or build community, this class offers a fun and healing experience for all ages and abilities.
