Join us in the Healing Strides wellness space for an immersive relaxing sound bath led by Jackie with reiki by Zoe. Every body is welcome.

Sound bath + reiki benefits can include:

  • reducing stress + anxiety
  • reset the vagus nerve
  • promotes bloodflow
  • increases healing of cells (neural entrainment)
  • balancing of nervous systems
  • centering + grounding
  • so much more!

Please bring any of the following to maximize your comfort: a yoga mat, blanket(s), water, or pillows.
