Emotional trauma can be a difficult concept to understand, accept, bring awareness to & heal. Join Jessica Parente, one of our Healing Hive facilitators, on a journey in safely understanding how emotional trauma has impacted & continues to impact you in your daily life. Jess is an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, an ICF Accredited Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach & a Level IV Brainspotting Provider. With her unique approach, she combines both Western medicine concepts with evidence-based and practice-based holistic modalities, such as Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Brainspotting, to provide clients with accelerated results by giving them the tools necessary to manage their symptoms while they work together to heal the root causes of their struggles.
As the founder of It Ends With You LLC, she is passionate about helping others identify their own subconscious self-destructive patterns so that they can move from a life of surviving to a life of thriving. Being a Recovered Codependent & a Survivor of Narcissistic Abuse, Grief, Trauma & Generational Trauma, Jess pulls from her own life struggles & mental health journey to normalize client experiences & to instill hope that change is possible & achievable at ANY point in time.
