Healing Hearts - Grief Support Group for Families Experiencing Pregnancy, Infant, and Perinatal Loss

Medical Center Hospital is hosting a grief support group series called Healing Hearts for families experiencing pregnancy, infant and perinatal loss.
The mission of the support group is to create a safe, supportive space for individuals and families that have experienced this loss to foster connection, validation and ongoing remembrance alongside others who have walked a similar path. We envision a community where every baby’s life is valued, every parent’s grief is respected, and healing can grow through these connections and memories.
The support group will be held monthly on the 4th floor of the MCH Center for Women & Infants on the MCH campus. The full schedule is below:
Thursday, March 26 – 6:30 p.m.
Take What You Need: An Open Grief Circle
Sunday, April 26 – 2 p.m.
Understanding Triggers & the Body's Response to Loss
Thursday, May 28 – 6:30 p.m.
Navigating Relationships When Others Don't Get it
Sunday, June 28 – 2 p.m.
What Do We Say to the Kids and Everyone Else?
Thursday, July 23 – 6:30 p.m.
Supporting and Being Supported: Navigating Loss as a Partner or Support Person
Sunday, August 23 – 2 p.m.
Holding Joy and Sadness at the Same Time
The event is free, and registration is not required, however there is a QR code on the cover photo for individuals/families who would like to pre-register.
