Healing Hearts at Oak Hart Farm is a gentle, outdoor grief support group that invites participants to tend to their grief through therapeutic horticulture. Guided by trained facilitators, attendees will engage in meaningful, hands‑on plant activities in the peaceful setting of Oak Hart Farm—a working vegetable and flower farm that nourishes both people and the community.
Together, we’ll embrace the natural cycles of growth, change, and renewal, creating space for reflection, connection, and personal healing. No gardening experience is required—just a willingness to show up as you are.

This group is free and open to the community and is designed for adults who have been affected by the death of a loved one.
