A sacred gathering to drop deeper within to embrace what you need.Nourish deeper parts of yourself by slowing down and connecting to what is moving within you below the surface of your day to day. Be held in sacred space and ceremony to let go of what you do not need and open to receive what will support your inner process. Be guided into restful unwinding to release the energetic blockages that are disrupting your flow and open to the healing frequencies that will align you with your inner wisdom and bring you into balance. Through a unique flow of mindful movement, healing sounds, and meditative journeying you will leave empowered and embodied in sacred connection to yourself.
This circle is open to all that desire a transformative experience in a safe and sacred space. No experience is necessary.
Our time will include the following:
Energy Healing with Stone Medicine
Mindful Movement
Chakra Balancing
Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls, Drumming, and Sacred Voice
Meditative Soul Journey
Reflections
What to bring:
Blanket or bath towel to cover yourself when resting.
Hand towel to place under your head.
Anything that helps you be more comfortable for sitting and resting on the floor.
Please note: Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own or double up for more comfort.
