Healing Circle: Guided Meditation, Reiki & Energy Healing

Sometimes you don't need to do more.
You need a space where you can slow down, receive, and allow yourself to simply be.
Join us at Shifting Souls for our monthly Healing Circle — a nurturing hour of guided meditation and energy healing created to help you relax, restore your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
During the circle, you'll be guided into a peaceful meditative state while energy healing techniques, including Reiki and Pranic Healing, are incorporated into the experience.
This is your time to step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself permission to receive.
Our Healing Circle is open to everyone.
You don't need experience with meditation, Reiki, energy healing, or spiritual practices. And if you've been practicing energy work for years, you're just as welcome.
Come exactly as you are.
