Healing Circle Experience (In Person)

Our Healing Circles are intimate, guided experiences designed to support deep emotional, mental, and spiritual renewal. Each circle is lovingly facilitated by Yolanda, our yoga instructor, and Ruth, our sound healing practitioner, who work together to create a powerful and transformative healing journey.

Through gentle yoga, sound therapy, holistic practices, and intentional wellness coaching, participants are guided into a full mind–body–spirit experience. These circles are created to help you release what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with yourself, and restore balance from the inside out.

This space is open to anyone who is willing to heal — all races, all backgrounds, all walks of life. If you are ready to do the inner work, you belong here.

For those facing heavier emotions or life challenges, we also have a licensed counselor on staff who offers additional support alongside Yolanda and Ruth — ensuring every participant feels held, safe, and cared for throughout the experience.

All you have to do is arrive — and allow yourself the space to heal.
