Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with Us!
Join us for a special event to honor the Autumn Equinox, a time of balance and reflection as we transition from the light of summer to the introspective energy of autumn. This gathering is an opportunity to connect with yourself, others, and the rhythms of nature through a series of transformative activities.
Opening Circle:
We will begin by coming together in an Opening Circle, creating a sacred space for connection, intention-setting, and grounding. This circle fosters a sense of community and sets the tone for the powerful experiences that will follow.
Cacao Ceremony with Pämmela:
Experience the heart-opening effects of ceremonial cacao in a guided ritual led by Pämmela. This ancient practice uses cacao as a plant medicine to deepen your connection with yourself and those around you, helping to open your heart and set intentions for the new season.
Guided Meditation:
Following the cacao ceremony, we will enter a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness through a Guided Meditation. This meditation will help you align with the energies of the Autumn Equinox, fostering inner peace, clarity, and balance.
Ecstatic Dance with Live DJ (Djane Shakti):
Let your spirit soar as you move freely to the uplifting beats of *Djane Shakti* in an Ecstatic Dance session. This dance is a form of moving meditation that allows you to express yourself, release tension, and connect with your inner rhythm in a joyful and liberating way.
Journaling:
After dancing, take some time for quiet reflection with a Journaling session. Capture your thoughts, feelings, and insights as you integrate the experiences of the day and set your intentions for the coming months.
Closing Circle with Healing, Sharing, and Food:
We will close the event with a Healing Circle where we share our experiences and offer support to one another. This will be followed by a communal meal, where we invite you to share vegetarian food. This is a time to nourish your body and soul, connect with others, and celebrate the energy of the Equinox.
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat: For comfortable seating during meditation and journaling.
- Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the event.
- Comfy Clothes & Warm Socks: Dress in layers for comfort and warmth.
- Vegetarian Food to Share: Bring a dish to contribute to our communal meal.
- A Journal: For capturing your thoughts and reflections.
- Open Heart & Mind: Come ready to connect, heal, and celebrate.
About the Autumn Equinox:
The Autumn Equinox marks the moment when day and night are of equal length, symbolizing balance and harmony. It is a time to reflect on the past season, give thanks for the harvest (both literal and metaphorical), and prepare for the introspective months ahead. As nature begins to slow down and turn inward, we are invited to do the same, finding balance within ourselves and aligning with the natural cycles of the Earth.
Join us for an evening of connection, healing, and celebration!
Spaces are limited, so please RSVP to secure your spot.
With love,
