Not your average gratitude practice. This guided healing breathwork session is focused on deepening into your own felt sense of gratitude. Through a 2 part active breathing meditative practice, you will release tension or stress that could be keeping you from feeling into your own felt sense of gratitude, while also soothing your nervous system and restoring an inner sense of calm and expansion. You will leave feeling a shift in your being - lighter, refreshed and more connected to yourself.All levels are welcome. Permission to come exactly as you are.
Optional to bring a blanket and eye pillow to allow your breath to guide you back to the gratitude that lives within you.
