As you settle in, pull an oracle card and connect with the messages in the description to help you set an intention for the evening.

✨ Healing Breathwork

Please note that this breathwork style can be intense and is similar to Holotropic and Wim Hof. That being said it is a potent tool that offers deep healing and at times emotional release. Kayla will walk you through the entire process. The breathwork session will last anywhere between 20-25 minuets.

✨ Sound Bath

Following the breathwork, there will be a soothing sound bath to help integrate anything that came up for you during breathwork and groud you back into the present moment.

✨ Closing Sharing Circle + Herbal Tea

We’ll close the evening by gathering to share our experiences and connect as a group. We will sip on herbal tea that Kayla intentionally blends. This part is just as healing as the breathwork. Sharing yourself authentically with a group is what creates deeper healing and community!

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else you need to feel comfortable. If you do not own a yoga mat, the studio has a few to borrow.

This is a time to step back from the demands of everyday life, reflect on your intentions, and leave feeling refreshed and connected.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Sanctuary is an old house converted into a wellness center. You can enter through the front door that faces 1st street or you can enter through the back door. There is a small parking lot at the back of the house. These spots fill up quickly. Please plan to arrive early to find parking. If the small lot is full, you can park in the neighborhood on Mountain Street.
