Embrace the transformative power of the breath and the subconscious mind. This four-part workshop series is designed to clear dense energies and create space for new, empowered beliefs that are true to who you are.
Experience a synergistic journey of release and renewal. Through the somatic practice of Healing Breath work, you will gently release stored emotions and limitations. Then, in the receptive state of hypnosis, you will seed life-affirming suggestions to activate mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual resilience.
Guided by experienced facilitators Gisela and Susan, each session includes:
Healing Breath work: A guided practice moving through four phases (Intro, Releasing, Receiving, and Trance) to access a trance-like state for deep healing.
Accelerated Hypnotherapy: Using Susan's groundbreaking Hypno-VAK method to gently reprogram the subconscious mind and body.
Sound Bath Integration: Following the hypnotherapy, you'll be bathed in the resonant, cooling sounds of crystal singing bowls, allowing you to fully embrace and integrate the experience on a cellular level.
Integration & Support: Grounding practices and "lifework" to anchor your transformation between sessions.
You will receive access to the guided breath work and hypnotherapy sessions from each class, allowing you to revisit the practices and deepen your work at home.
This is an accessible practice for all levels. You will be fully supported in a safe and nurturing space. Leave feeling equipped with inner resources to move through the holiday season and beyond with clarity and calm.
