Healing Arts and Hearts will focus on creative healing modalities and help us awaken as we work through our emotions in a safe space.
On the 1st Sunday of each month we will have a guest facilitator that will present a modality to help attendees utilize an expression of creative art to help heal themselves. Together, we will use art, music, dance, or some other form of expressiveness that will help us reveal and name our emotions.
The 3rd Sunday of each month will be a discussion group. Individuals will be encouraged to share personal struggles and growth.
