We are offering a six-week therapeutic program for adults where we will explore your mental health needs. This program is tailored for individuals who experience symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression. Each week participants will gather in the calm and picturesque environment of Susanna Farms. Participants will engage with animals in activities designed to address your unique treatment goals. The therapeutically supported activities allow for participants to develop individual awareness, explore attachments and boundary development, practice mindfulness, address positive self-care, and many other skills. Each session includes time with the animals and group time to process your goals and experiences. $200/6 sessions. Group time is coordinated with a certified mental health professional
