This retreat takes you on a journey to explore your true self, the person you aspire to become, and the gap between the two. It delves into past life karma and ancestral patterns to help release anything that may be holding you back. Expect magic, movement, deep introspection, and profound release. You'll experience beauty both within your self and in the surrounding environment, along with a powerful connection to the greater whole.
The result? Well, we envision you leaving lighter, happier, and open to more abundance and opportunity in your life. And then touching other people's lives too, lighting them up in turn. This will create a ripple effect into the fabric of humanity. Thus, you will create change for many. Which is why you're here.

This one day retreat is an event that I am co-creating with my colleague and friend Juliette Cazabat. Those of you who know her will be jumping up and down with excitement right now. Those of you who don't yet know her, you will want to. Honestly, she is the most radiant light being I have ever met. Full of love and compassion, yet so clear that even one sentence from her can change your life forever. Juliette works as a psychotherapist as well as a dancer and dance tutor (salsa!).
For those of you who have done events with me before, this is going to be different. Juliette will be taking a lot of the movement in this event, so I am concentrating on holding the spiritual/energetic space. I will be channeling, holding space, and bringing in healing energies, as well as taking sessions around releasing bonds from other lives anad our ancestry.
The day also includes a beautiful vegetarian lunch, to leave you feeling restored and renewed.
