heal + hang: Nostalgia Ultra

heal + hang: Nostalgia Ultra is a journaling workshop that targets inner teen healing. We always hear/talk about our inner child but have we given attention to the other stages of our development? During this workshop, we’ll recall our teenage years and set them to our very own soundtrack!

We’ll create individual playlists that capture the emotions and memories of our adolescent years and answer journal prompts about how that music shaped us through some of the emo years of our lives.

Remember all those songs you used to listen to on your Walkman or iPod on the way to middle and high school? That song that blared through your desktop computer speakers as you entered your MySpace page? Gather up all that nostalgia and bring it to this workshop!

Huge bonus points if you dress like your teenage self….or at least how you would have wanted to express yourself. All 90s/early 00s attire is more than welcome!
