Headstand and Arm Balance Yoga Workshop
About this Event
Do you want to advance your yoga practise? Learn how to come into a headstand safely or understand how to unlock and practise arm balances with confidence and control? Then book this two hour workshop. During the two hours we will work on a Hatha Yoga warmup, drills, and start the progression of headstands and arm balances. I will introduce to various props that you can use to practise with such as the FeetUp stool, yoga wheel, blocks and belts.
This workshop is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition or neck and back issues.
