Headstand 101 Workshop

Join Mackenzie Rawls, one of our own Daya teachers, for a 90 minute headstand workshop.  have you ever found yourself in a class wanting to tries his stand but have no basis or opportunity to ask questions or have it broken down?  Look no further - In this class, you will not only receive one on one help on your headstand, you will also go through sequencing laying the foundation towards headstand and drills that you’ll also that you can take with you for future practice at home. 

If you’ve ever wanted to try but needed guidance, this is the workshop for you.  Whether you are comfortable in headstand looking to take on a new variation or I’ve never done one there space for everyone here.
