HEADSHOT - e.Trash Final Performance (MA Music Performance)

FREE ENTRY - ALL WELCOME
At the CONCERT HALL at RMC
HEADSHOT is a raw, interdisciplinary solo performance and my final Master’s performance in Music Performance. This marks the first ever presentation of the work and the premiere of my newest performance.
HEADSHOT explores how structures of repetitive violence become embedded in the body, and how war shifts from a singular event into an ongoing condition. Through a brutal loop, the body’s fragility is set against its resilience in an intense endurance-based performance.
At the same time, the work reflects a media culture shaped by a constant stream of fragmented images, where war, violence, hate, and fake news circulate alongside “everyday” content and are gradually normalized in a state of collective overstimulation. Within this tension, a growing tolerance for violence, hate, and abuse of power emerges, where the extreme is continuously displaced.
