OLHSA Head Start Enrollment Fair🖍️Friday, September 27th & October 4th, 2024, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m
Location: 196 Cesar E. Chavez Ave Pontiac, MI 48342 (Gym in the parking lot)
Early Head Start and Head Start:
-Full day classes
-Highly trained teaching staff
-Healthy snacks and lunches provided
-Formula and diapers provided
-Wrap around services
-Fun while learning!
To enroll child bring:
-Proof of Residence - (I.D. or current bill)
-Child Birth Certificate
-Proof of Income - Foster Care, Families Experiencing Homelessness, 2023 Tax return or 2023 W-2, letter of award of SNAP, TANF or SSI benefits, other income documentation may be used
