Durban Rowing Club invites you to one of South Africa’s most unique rowing events!
Join us on Sunday, 28 June 2026 for the annual Head of the Bay Regatta – a spectacular long-distance race through the iconic Durban Harbour.
⚓ 12km Head Race
⚓ 8km Course for novices and younger juniors
⚓ Handicap racing across all boat classes
⚓ Participation medals for all competitors
⚓ Trophies and medals up for grabs
⚓ Harbour tour available on Saturday, 27 June for visiting crews
More than just a regatta, Head of the Bay is a fantastic social rowing event, bringing together clubs from across the country for a memorable weekend on the water.

💰 Entry Fee: R80 per seat
⏰ Late entries incur a R20 per seat surcharge
