He. Bay of Plenty 2026 | A Men's Mental Health Event

JOIN US FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE EVENING OF CONNECTION, INSPIRATION AND REAL CONVERSATIONS.
Following two sold-out Bay of Plenty events, He. returns for another unforgettable evening dedicated to changing the conversation around men's mental health.
Created right here in the Bay of Plenty, He. was born from a simple belief...
No man should have to struggle alone.
This isn't a conference.
It isn't a lecture.
It's a room full of people coming together to hear honest stories from men who have faced adversity, found hope, and discovered the power of speaking up.
Whether you're navigating your own challenges, supporting someone you love, wanting to prioritise your wellbeing, or simply looking for an inspiring night out, He. is for you.
Throughout the evening you'll hear from four incredible Kiwi men who each bring a unique perspective on resilience, mental wellbeing, purpose and connection. You'll also have the opportunity to anonymously ask questions during our live Q&A panel, helping create the conversations that so many of us wish happened more often.
Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, shared breads and dips waiting on your table, a delicious dinner, a jam-packed goodie bag, inspiring speakers, spot prizes, giveaways and an evening you'll be talking about long after it finishes.
Most importantly, you'll be joining a community that believes connection changes lives.
Every ticket purchased helps us continue creating safe spaces where people feel seen, heard and supported, while raising awareness for men's mental health and supporting our Bay of Plenty charity partner.
Whether you come with your mates, your workplace, your sports club or on your own, you'll be welcomed into a room full of genuine connection, real conversations and people who care.
