Ladies, I'm excited to announce that we'll be at Bill's in Hudson for this week's event (12 Nov). My goal is to make it to Hudson once a month. We are going to have a fun evening of shooting tonight!
We'll begin with a warmup of shooting a few rounds down range, then we will do one quick set of speed drills, then we'll move back into regular firing at your own speed.
Here's the speed drill:
Target 1 - 5 seconds to shoot 6 rounds at 15' target using both hands.
Target 2 - 8 seconds to shoot 6 rounds at 15' target with your single strong hand.
Target 3 - 10 seconds to shoot 6 rounds at 15' target with your week hand.
Target 4 - 8 seconds to shoot 6 rounds at 21' target using both hands.
Target 5 - 24 seconds to shoot 12 rounds at 21' target using both hands. You will shoot 6 rounds, conduct a magazine reload, then shoot 6 additional rounds within 6 seconds.
I will provide the targets for this drill. This target will have 5 smaller targets on each large paper.
