HBAWC Home Show

The HBAWC Home Show, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Washington County (HBAWC), is a premier annual event that has been celebrating the building industry for over 32 years. Originally designed to showcase the builder members of the Association, this show has significantly expanded its scope to include a diverse array of products and services related to home building and improvement. It is held at the Hagerstown Community College, which provides an ample venue to accommodate the increasing demand from both exhibitors and attendees. With an impressive average attendance of 7,000 visitors each year, the event serves as a vital platform for networking, education, and advocacy in the local building community.
This year, the Home Show will feature around 120 exhibitors, presenting a wide range of home-related services. Key sponsors include Shawley’s L.P. as a Silver Sponsor, Antietam Broadband as the Entertainment Zone Sponsor, and Ted’s Rent It Center, which serves multiple roles including Mixer Host and Shuttle Sponsor. Additional exhibitors include local leaders in the industry such as AA Waterproofing and Foundation Repair, Cumberland Valley Heating & Air Conditioning, Habitat for Humanity of Washington County, and many more. The event is not only ideal for industry professionals but also for homeowners and prospective buyers looking to explore the latest trends and solutions in home building, maintenance, and improvement. With the emphasis on building relationships and fostering a supportive environment, the HBAWC Home Show continues to play an essential role in the growth and development of the home building industry in Washington County.
