🪁 We are back after a spectacular 2025! The Hays Prarie Winds Kite Show is a FREE family-friendly event for all ages, encouraging the community to get outside and fly a kite!🗓 Saturday & Sunday, September 12 & 13th 2026

Hosted by the Hays Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Hays Recreation Commission this event promises two amazing days of free high-flying fun with the stunning kite displays by Great American Kites & Events. 🪁
🪁 What to Expect: Giant kite display featuring an awe-inspiring sight of some of the world’s largest kites taking to the skies.
🐢 Exciting Activities: Food trucks, games, live animal encounters, and more!
😎 Bring Your Own Comfort: Feel free to bring your own seating, coolers, and drinks into the sports complex. (No glass bottles, please.)
🐕 Pet-Friendly: Leashed pets are welcome, but be sure to clean up after them.
