Looking for a friendly, zero-pressure way to kick off your weekend? Join us for Hays Farm parkrun EVERY Saturday morning!
🤔 What is parkrun? (Spoiler: It’s not just for runners!)
parkrun is a free, weekly community event focused on wellness and connection. Whether you want to race for a personal best, jog with a friend, walk the dog, push a stroller, or just volunteer and cheer people on - everyone is welcome.
There is absolutely no time limit, and no one ever finishes last (we have a dedicated Tail Walker who stays at the back of the pack!). It’s entirely whatever you want it to be.

When: Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 7:30 AM (and every Saturday)
Where: South Huntsville, Alabama (Hays Farm)
Cost: 100% FREE!
📝 How to Join
Register Once: Head to the parkrun.us website before Saturday to get your personal barcode (check our profile for quick links).
Bring Your Barcode: Bring it with you (on your phone or printed) so we can scan it at the finish to give you an official time.
Download the App: Download the parkrun app to store your barcode and keep track of your parkruns!
Use it Anywhere: Once you have your barcode, you can attend any parkrun worldwide without ever signing up again!
☕ Stick Around for Coffee!
The community vibe doesn't end at the finish line. Afterward, we head to a nearby spot for coffee, breakfast, and a post-parkrun catch-up. We will announce the location at the pre-event briefing - please join us if you don’t have to rush off!
