This is a free event for the community to attend. *VENDOR FEES (Application available at www.HOFV.org or click on the "tickets" link.)
•10x10 Space: Nonprofit - $100
•10x10 Space: For-Profit - $125
•10x20 Space: Food Trucks - $200
*$25 Discount for veteran-owned businesses.
We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the 2024 Hats Off For Veterans Hays County Veterans’ Jobs and Resource Fair! This significant event is brought to you in partnership with the Texas Veterans Commission, Texas Veterans Land Board, Hays County Veterans Service Office, the City of Kyle, and CHRISTUS HEALTH – U.S. Health Plans. As a valued potential vendor, we would be honored to have you join us in supporting our veterans and contributing to this important community effort. To secure your spot, please the vendor application and submit it by Monday, October 28, 2024.
Vendors may begin setting up at 7:30 AM on November 2nd. Please note that this is an outdoor event, so plan accordingly to showcase your offerings in a comfortable and engaging manner. Vendors will provide their own canopies, tables, chairs, wi-fi, and *electricity. All items must fit within the space reserved for you.
Throughout the day, attendees will have access to a variety of booths and sessions offering insights into health benefits, career pathways, financial assistance, and much more. Whether you're exploring new career opportunities, seeking advice on accessing veteran-specific services, or simply looking to connect with fellow veterans and community supporters, this fair is designed with your needs in mind.
There will also be resource vendors on hand to share about their services, products, and programs. Hungry? Food trucks will be on hand to feed you.
Our goal is to create a supportive environment where veterans can gather information, make connections, and access the resources necessary to thrive. Together, we can ensure that our veterans receive the support and recognition they deserve.
