We are SO excited to welcome the sensational Hayley Millar to KPole as part of our 10 year anniversary weekend! Hayley currently holds the title of British Pole Instructor Championship in the Low Flow category and Overall Champion. She has only just stepped foot into the comp scene and has a few more tricks up her sleeve she wants to showcase.
Hayley is a full time studio owner and instructor at The Aerial Vault in the small market town of Guisborough (Teeside - the home of the Parmo) located in the arse end of nowhere... Somewhere between Newcastle and Leeds. She has spent her time travelling all across the country being taught by the best and exploring as many styles as possible to further enhance her knowledge within this industry including overseas trips too, with no plan of stopping this any time soon.
Workshops are priced at:
£30pp for KPole membership holders
£32.50pp for non-membership holders

"State of Flow'
Beginner Level+ (You must have attended at least 6 heels classes prior to the workshop)
Her favourite - Heels flow. In this workshop you’ll learn short sequences to add to your repertoire focusing on the finer details of each individual move. Think leg and body waves, glides, turns, floats and more. Combining them to create fluid and effortless movements. Not a choreography based class but we will look into the musicality of each sequence.
Knee pads and Heels strongly advised.

'Dynamic Heels'
High Beginner Level+ (You must be confident dancing in heels and have good knowledge and experience of basic pole spins and fundamental pole skills)
The ultimate Heels tricks workshop! Think kips, drops and FIERCE Heels tricks! In this 90 minutes workshop we’ll cover numerous short dynamic sequences rather than a full routine. Giving you all the best bits without having to remember a full choreo! WIN WIN! Detailed breakdowns of each transition, incorporating low pole and floor work based skills. With strong chances of power spins included too. Variations can and will be given.
Knee pads and Pole appropriate Heels are a must.

Static Rotations
Intermediate Level+ (Comfortable inverts, leg hangs, extended butterfly/open bracket grips.)
This workshop we’ll spend swirling and twirling around static pole fooling everyone into believing we’re on spin! We’ll look in depth into techniques to really make you float through your combos.
The first 30 minutes will be spent delving deep into technique to give you THE BEST understanding of your rotations.

Workshop spaces are non-refundable but you may sell on your space if you are no longer able to attend. If you are selling yur space on please let us know as we have had issues with scammers selling spaces in the past and cannot be held liable if this should occur.
