Hawk Pride BOH Trip w/ Absolution Offroad

(Read ride requirements, NO exceptions)
We are going to Hawk Pride to take on their first and newest Badge of Honor, “Uphill Both Ways”.
*First, we will get the ride requirements out of the way, and then you’ll need to read on for the rest of the important information for lodging.
***Ride Requirements:***
• 37”+ tires
• Winch
• GMRS Radio
• Recovery Gear (tree saver, shackles,etc)
• Offroad experience*
*This is an advanced experienced level ride where the trail is ranked a hard six on the technical scale. Coming on this event you agree to help spot and or render aid if needed as each individual will be watching out for the vehicle in front of them and behind them.
Furthermore you agree to Absolution Offroad’s liability and personal injury waiver by attending this event.
Meet Up: Hawk Pride Mountain Offroad
3874 Hawk Pride Mountain Rd, Tuscumbia, AL 35674
Time: 9AM Parking lot outside park office
Now for lodging…
Most of us are staying at the Coldwater Inn, Tuscumbia, AL. The hotel is 8 miles from Hawk Pride. (They have a nice pool and fire pit area we usually chill at night)
If you decide to make a reservation there, make sure to tell them you are with Absolution Offroad. They’re keeping the group close to one another.
We have our reservations for Sept 11-13.
If you are staying anywhere else, just meet us at the park office at 9 AM on Saturday.
• we usually get checked in and go eat dinner somewhere out in town. Saturday after getting off the trail, we have our “go to” restaurant that’s on the bay. We love taking the group to so plan for that as well.
