Tailored for seniors, come learn basic Hawaiian hand, feet, and body dance movements, teaching you fluidity of movement and grace. Sway and move to the music of Hawaii and Polynesia in this low-impact class that will keep you active, while improving your coordination, balance, and memory. This is for the Fall Session #2 of Hawaiian Hula Dance for Seniors at the Carlow location with Westshore Parks and Recreation. The suggested age for this class is 50+.
