Have your say: Mental health services in Lidcombe

Stride Mental Health is inviting local residents, families, carers and community members to join a community consultation session to help shape the design of future mental health services in the region. We want to hear what makes services feel welcoming, accessible and useful, as well as the barriers people face when seeking support.

This is a community listening session focused on understanding local needs, strengths and priorities. Your insights will help inform how services can better support the wellbeing of people in Lidcombe and surrounding communities.

Community Consultation Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this prize draw is Stride Mental Health ABN 58 000 020 146 ("Stride").

Eligibility

1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who participate in the Stride Community Consultation held in Lidcombe, NSW.
2. Employees of Stride Mental Health directly involved in the administration of this consultation and prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Participation in the consultation is voluntary and free of charge.

How to Enter

1. To enter the prize draw, participants must: Attend and participate in the community consultation session in Lidcombe; and provide their contact details at the conclusion of the consultation (if they wish to be entered into the draw).
2. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize

1. One (1) winner will receive a $100 grocery gift card.
2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
3. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Stride reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

Prize Draw

1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
2. The draw will take place within 7 days of the completion of the community consultation.
3. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

Unclaimed Prize

1. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Stride reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
2. Any redraw will be conducted at the same location as the original draw, and the new winner will be notified by phone and/or email.

Privacy

1. Personal information collected for the purpose of the prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner.
2. Stride will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

General

1. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Stride reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.
