Info: Welcoming announcements and thanks to the sponsors and community.

Info: There will be a quiet room that will be opened for dining and also time away for anyone that wishes some peace and solitude during the event. This room will serve as a sanctuary from sound while still being an open welcoming space for all those wishing to take part in the event.

Info: Dinner for the evening will be served. The meal will be a Baked Potato Bar as well as some dessert selections for the evening.

Info: Entertainment for the evening will be local Dayton Community Community members offering performances during the event.

Info: There will be closing announcements, renewed thanks for the event.

Info: This last 45 minutes of the event will be open to chat with community members, table hop, enjoy some background music and socialize. This is extra time to make sure no one feels rushed and everyone feels welcomed.
